Comfortable stay in central Tapachula
The hotel's location was truly excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that offered a good night's sleep.
However, we faced some noise issues from the parking area, which disrupted our rest in the early morning. The reception staff could have been friendlier, missing an opportunity for great service.

Ask for a room away from the parking area to avoid noise disturbances early in the morning.

I had such high hopes for this hotel, but alas, the noisey parking lot ruined my beauty sleep. I also experienced the pleasure of early cleaning staff knocking on my door before checkout, how delightful! If only they had offered me a welcome gift or upgrade, I would've considered this trip a victory. Just couldn't.

The room was spotless with lovely soft, clean sheets and super comfy beds that made for a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the nice garden area and a cozy lounge to relax in after exploring all day. The only bummer was the cleaning staff knocking a bit early, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊
